Lemon Plum Nectarine Bergamot Pink Peppercorn
Nectarines comingled with lemon always delivery this candy quality. Here, the plum pits provide more acid and body. Often, so much of the plum fruit’s flavor comes from the skin and around the pit. We had a tiny amount of bergamots to work with this year (like 3 total oranges) and we used them to create the texture inside this marmalade alongside hunks of nectarine.
