We have created a new category of preserving, discovering all that is possible with just fruit and honey. The kitchen of Minifactory homes both V Smiley Preserves production and Minifactory food operations.

The atmosphere is busy, warm, and full of delicious, beautiful food.

We are hiring the following positions:

  1. Dishwasher/Porter/Busser

  2. Server

WEEKEND DISHWASHER/PORTER/BUSSER AT MINIFACTORY

  • Saturday & Sunday shift only

  • 12-16 hrs / week

  • $21.50-$23.50/hr

  • Fast paced, team environment

  • Assist with care for the space including dining room, kitchen and outdoor areas

SERVER AT MINIFACTORY

  • 12-16 hrs / week

  • Saturday & Sunday shifts required

  • $22-27 / hr DOE

  • be highly attentive, anticipatory, outgoing, kind and confident with patrons

  • working closely with customers in a mixed restaurant, coffee shop, bakery and market context

  • champion local food

  • both self directed and deeply team oriented

Minifactory is always interested in connecting with experienced cooks and front of house professionals. Saturday/Sunday availability is especially vital.
